About the Trek:

Day 01: Rishikesh - Joshimath (276 km / 8 hrs)
Drive through scenic landscapes to Joshimath via Devprayag, where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers converge to form the holy Ganges. Overnight at a hotel in Joshimath.

Day 02: Joshimath - Govind Ghat (22 km drive) - Ghangaria (13 km / 4 hrs trek)
After breakfast, drive to Govind Ghat, the starting point of the trek. Hike to Ghangaria (3,000 m), the base for the Valley of Flowers. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 03: Ghangaria - Valley of Flowers - Ghangaria (5 km one way / 4-5 hrs)
Trek to the Valley of Flowers, an enchanting valley filled with colorful blooms like Geranium, Lilium, and Brahma Kamal. After enjoying the valley’s beauty, trek back to Ghangaria. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 04: Ghangaria - Hemkund Sahib - Ghangaria (6 km one way / 5-6 hrs)
Trek to Hemkund Sahib (4,329 m), a steep climb that holds religious significance for Sikhs. After visiting the sacred lake surrounded by seven snow-capped peaks, descend back to Ghangaria. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 05: Ghangaria - Govind Ghat (13 km trek) - Rudraprayag (145 km drive / 5 hrs)
Trek down to Govind Ghat and drive to Rudraprayag. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 06: Rudraprayag - Rishikesh (140 km / 5 hrs)
Drive back to Rishikesh, marking the end of this beautiful journey.
