About the Trek:
Har Ki Dun, nestled at 3,566 meters, is a beautiful valley adorned with alpine forests, rich flora, and fauna. It’s perfect for nature lovers and bird-watchers. Historically significant, the Pandavas are believed to have taken this path to Swargarohini, their route to heaven. The valley, known as "Dev Bhoomi," offers glimpses of Bhojpatra trees, Bramhakamal flowers, and local traditions, including the unique worship of Duryodhan. The trek also provides views of Swargarohini, Bandar Punch, and Jaundar Glacier.

Day 01: Rishikesh - Dehradun - Mussoorie (285 km / 8-9 hrs)
Drive to Dehradun and then to Mussoorie, a scenic hill station in the Shiwalik range. Enjoy the views of snow-clad peaks and local sightseeing. Overnight at hotel/camp.

Day 02: Mussoorie - Sankari (160 km / 7-8 hrs) - Taluka (Trek 9 km / 4 hrs)
Drive from Mussoorie to Sankari, passing by the Yamuna River and Tons Valley. Sankari marks the beginning of the trek towards Taluka (1,900 m). Overnight camping near Taluka amid deodar forests.

Day 03: Taluka - Osla (13 km / 5-6 hrs)
Cross the Siyan Gad river and hike towards Dhatmir village, continuing along the Tons River. Reach Osla, a village known for its walnut, chestnut, and willow forests and the unique worship of Duryodhan. Overnight in tents.

Day 04: Osla - Har Ki Dun (14 km / 5-6 hrs)
The trail today is scenic with streams, terraced fields, and wildflowers leading up to Har Ki Dun. Enjoy views of Kalanag, Bandar Punch, Swargarohini, and Juandar Glacier. Overnight in tents.

Day 05: Har Ki Dun Exploration Day
A day for rest or exploring the valley. Enjoy photography, capture breathtaking mountain views, or relax at the campsite. Overnight in tents.
